I wonder why people are fond of moon over stars
though it has invisible hidden scars
It changes its shape with the time and the season
Don't know what might be the reason
It is sometimes white, sometimes yellow
It never has the same original glow
It glows, stealing the radiance of the mighty sun
Stars have individuality, they don't depend on anyone
They shine with their own spark
They glitter like tiny lamps in the dark
Yes, stars are in million, Moon is unique and one
But, Moon got so much praise because stars are in million
Without stars, just imagine the sky!
'Ahh! It is incomplete!' I guess you would reply!!
P.s: This poem is just for fun...I am not against moon lovers..:P

Hmm! Nice poem. I do know the reason and the reason why everybody loves moon is because:
TAARE ZAMEEN PAR hain! lol
twinkling starts have their own charm against moon who sometimes even fails to keep date.
But when moon is shining in its full glory in the sky, Yo can't help but admire its beauty, stars just pale in comparison.
