Who am I?

Who am I?

My soul scattered to multiple reflections
when subjected to the prism of changing time
Each reflection holds a part of me
Who can say which reflection of me is real?
Which reflection can be an answer to my question -
"Who am I?"

P.s. The words 'soul' and 'reflection' have a different meaning in my poem. What I mean by soul is : the integral and central nature associated to a person
and what I mean by reflection is : the set of thoughts that form a person's personality.

I am the one whose reflection in his own eyes is not real and without reflection I cannot see my outer self.. and I doubt that what I consider my innerself is not my soul but my dispersed mind and thoughts that are my faces.. :)

Coming here after a long time, and spent nearly an hour catching up on your posts! Each piece is elegant and well-penned on its own. This poem, in particular, is both complex in its words and simple in its premise.

Beautifully done, Valli!

The only one way to know " who i am? " is to get inside, to get inside you must have to find the person who know the way for the same in hindi we called that person as a "Sadguru" (^-^)....
